We are life long residents of the area and have enjoyed living and playing on the beaches of Destin and 30a. During John’s years of working directly with guests on the beach providing beach services, he was able to truly understand what attracts so many to our area each year. It is not just the white sand and emerald water, it is the level of service each guest deserves on their vacation. Equally Shawna has spent years learning the vacation rental industry first hand. In the beginning working directly with guests during the reservations process, then running the guest services department for six years eventually building an entire concierge department that provided vip service to high end clients. Some of the things we love most about living in South Walton is the relaxed atmosphere that beach life provides, the calming feeling that the beach gives us and meeting the people that choose to visit our area. We share in the enjoyment and love that they feel for 30A whether it’s their first visit or their 30th. Together, We founded La Costa Blanca out of a desire to provide an experience like no other, where guests feel welcomed, our homeowners feel valued and families look back on the memories they created with us year after year.
